Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) is a public pension fund, founded in 1967. The firm is a non-profit public trust and it provides pension, disability and death benefits for the eligible employees of participating counties and districts. Each district that chooses to be part of the TCDRS is treated as a different retirement plan, TCDRS administers these plans and invests the collective assets.
