Türkiye Wealth Fund was established to contribute to Türkiye’s economic development and stability by managing publicly owned assets more effectively and efficiently. It is an asset-backed development fund that focuses on maximizing the value of its portfolio assets and the return from its investments. The sovereign wealth fund aims to fund infrastructure projects in the region. The fund was incorporated with a primarily domestic focus. TVF is expected to generate long-term and low-cost finance for strategic, large-scale investments contributing to Turkey’s development.
