The Stanislaus County Employees’ Retirement Association (StanCERA) is a public employees retirement system that administers the retirement benefits for employees of Stanislaus County, City of Ceres, Stanislaus Superior Court, East Side Mosquito Abatement District (ESMAD), Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG), Keyes Community Services District, Salida Sanitary District, Hills Ferry Cemetery District, Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority, and the Stanislaus Water Regional Authority all located in Stanislaus County.
