The corporate pension scheme is a hybrid pension arrangement incorporating a Defined Benefit (DB) section and a Defined Contribution (DC) section. Responsibility for setting the strategy and for managing the Scheme rests with the Trustee. This includes responsibility for the governance and investment of the Scheme’s assets.
