Pegaso Fund is the Supplementary Pension Fund for employees of public utility companies. Pegaso Fund was established in implementation of the national agreements of 18 July 1997, 7 April 1998 and 27 May 1998 signed between the signatory parties of the single collective bargaining agreement for the gas-water sector Utilitalia, FILCTEM-CGIL, FEMCA-CISL and UILTEC-UIL and of the single collective bargaining agreement for the electricity sector Utilitalia, FILCTEM-CGIL, FLAEI-CISL.
