Fonds de Compensation (FDC) is the public pension fund based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The FDC was created in 2004, with the purpose of letting the reserve of the general pension insurance scheme benefit from financial market movements by investing the reserve in the financial markets through a diversified portfolio.
