The NEBF was established as the result of an agreement reached between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) to provide workers in the electrical construction industry with retirement plans. Located in Rockville, Maryland, the National Electrical Benefit Fund administers three retirement benefit plans.
