Public Employees Retirement Association of Minnesota (PERA) is a public pension fund based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Established in 1931, PERA administers three statewide retirement plans providing defined benefit plan coverage to employees of local governments and school districts, as well as the Minneapolis Employees Retirement Fund. The assets of the fund are managed and administered by an eleven-member Board of Trustees.
