• The event will comply with all COVID-safe guidelines and we will do all we can to ensure the health and safety of all conference delegates. That will include appropriate social distancing and other measures.
  • We ask all our delegates to be fully vaccinated, if however, you are not able to comply, we will require you to have a negative Rapid Antigen Test before your arrival each day.
  • The venues we use are fully operational, adhering to its COVID-19 safety plan.
  • All venue workers are double vaccinated and are required to sign a health declaration at the beginning of every shift.
  • You’ll need to provide a negative COVID-19 test one calendar day before you travel to the US.
