AFP Provida

AFP ProVida was originally founded in May 1981 under the auspices of Law Decree 3,500, which launched a modern private pension system in Chile. AFP ProVida SA was established by public deed dated February 22, 2013 in the Santiago Notary Office of Mr. Iván Torrealba Acevedo under the name of Metlife Chile Acquisition Co. SA and registered in the Santiago Commerce Registry on the same date of its constitution. AFP ProVida is part of the MetLife company.
